Thermolite of high-strength type used to counter splitting in impact-absorbing components.

Problem Plastic materials in impact-absorbing components installed on the driveshaft split at high temperatures, resulting in problems in durability.
Content of proposal We proposed Thermolite TL9000C, which demonstrates compression force of 500 MPa and impact strength (Izod value) of 80 KJ/m2.
Effect Strength was dramatically increased. The durability tests were also passed, and the solution was adopted.
